WATS trading system tests:
In the test environment TST (and GUI TST), KDPW_CCP is currently testing the WATS trading system, in which orders to buy and sell financial instruments are placed. The purpose of the tests is to verify the correct operation of the system and its integration with the WSE and market participants.Purpose of testing:
- verification of the functionality of the clearing system tools adapted to the new requirements and their integration with the new GPW WATS trading system,
- enabling the implementation of the assumed test scenarios by clearing members and developers providing them with software.
- is connected to the prePROD WATS exchange system test environment;
- has a test database of financial instruments registered in the reference databases of the KDPW Group systems, which is gradually expanded with ISIN codes used for testing in prePROD WATS;
- is not fed with production data (monthly migration as at the last working day of the month is performed only for the EDU test environment).

Support for tests conducted by clearing members:
Stage I – analyses related to planned changes:- consultations on the flow and structure of post-clearing messages,
- the possibility of conducting workshops explaining new functionalities and the effects of their implementation.
- discussion of effective test scenarios to test the solutions prepared in the Clearing members' systems,
- preparation of the TST test environment.
- active participation in tests in order to carry out the full process of events assumed in the scenarios with the Clearing members,
- simulation of situations in accordance with the test scenario in cooperation with KDPW.
